Programme schedule – cooperation programme between SNSF and CTI
The chronological sequence of NRP 62 consists of three funding periods. For periods one and two, the research projects will be funded by the SNSF with a total of CHF 9.5 million. For the first period of up to three years, projects have been selected primarily based on their scientific quality. For the second period of up to another two years, only those projects with a high potential for practical application and for follow-up industrial collaboration projects funded by CTI will receive continued support within NRP 62. For the third period, the successful application-oriented projects will continue, funded by CTI and industrial companies according to the rules of CTI.
The transfer of an NRP 62-project to an industrial collaboration project funded by CTI can take place at any period of NRP 62 on condition of appropriate advancement.
